Joel Pearl Group will celebrate the opening of its new boutique real estate brokerage in Hayden with an open house April 17.
Doors to the new office, 9235 N. Government Way, will be open to clients and friends from 3-8 p.m.

Pearl started his real estate career in 2004 and opened Joel Pearl Group in October 2013.
Within Joel Pearl Group there are a total of six licensed real estate agents and a support staff totaling nine people. Clients of Joel Pearl Group benefit from the team's combined 45 years of real estate experience. The brokerage is set up to effectively handle the large volume of business opportunities and client leads with two defined teams within the brokerage: a buyers team and a listing team.
"Our agents operate in these specialized roles that best fit their skillset," said Pearl. "From marketing homes to showing homes to prospective buyers, our agents' level of effectiveness isn't watered down by trying to be everything to everyone when it comes to sales and marketing."
And it seems like Pearl's model is working.
Since 2004, Joel Pearl Group has closed more than 750 homes totaling more than $200 million in sales volume.
"In a small market like ours, that's not a bad average over the last 10 years," said Pearl. "It's been the culmination of a lot of planning and implementation of our process."
